1) Print out and complete the following “Order Form for Graphoanalysis Services” according to the instructions therein. Important..the Authorization Statement and Handwriting Specimen Paragraph must be signed and completed in your ORIGINAL CURSIVE handwriting. Photocopies, calligraphy or printing will not be considered for accurate analyses.
 

2) Indicate on the form, which of the Services/Reports you wish completed based on your handwriting. Please note - third party analyses will not be completed without the authorization of the third party.
 

3) Mail the completed original “Order Form “ (not a photocopy), together with your check or money order (payable to Florence Roy, MGA) to:
